Cultivating Our Youth

Throughout the year, BAOA members look for opportunities to organize community events in conjunction with the Batesville High School ​AOPA Stem Program, Ozarka College Aviation Program and the Batesville Regional Airport to promote aviation education in the region.

Local CFI’s Available to Train​

BAOA Members have access to local CFI’s and CFII’s to acquire their Private Pilot Certificate or continue pursuing additional endorsements, ratings and certifications.

Fun In the Sun!​

Want to experience a drone or RC plane exhibition? How about watching skydivers descend in formation from high above, or take a sightseeing tour in a hot air balloon? Well, the members of BAOA love all things aviation and endeavor to bring opportunities for other aviation enthusiasts to come to Batesville Regional Airport to learn, have fun, and share their love for aviation through community engagement.
