We Love Aviation
When you truly have a passion for something, you spend a lot of your time feeding your hunger to learn more, do more, and excite others. Here at BAOA, our aviators not only have a passion for flying, they live it. They breathe it. They have an almost unwavering desire to share their passion with others whether that be participating in aviation safety training in our hangar with local pilots or sharing their experiences with student pilots training in our club aircraft. The smiles on the faces of BAOA members and those blessed to be sitting next to them while soaring high above the foothills of the Ozark mountains makes it all worth while!
It Is a Gift
Many of us started our pursuit of flying under the tutelage and encouragement of another pilot. Here at BAOA, we encourage our members to continuing learning, to continue encouraging others to learn, and to share best practices that make each other more proficient and safer while pursuing their aviation dreams. Sharing experiences is one of the greatest gifts we can give to other aviators and being a member of the club provides for plenty of opportunities to interact with fellow aviators!
Skies the Limit
Are you a student pilot whose schedule or budget isn’t well suited for a Part 141 Flight School Program? Or is the time building too expensive or too restrictive in your use and access to aircraft from your local Part 61 School or private rental operator? Already have your PPL, but a little rusty? Well, come knock the dust off, grab an instructor, and get current again as a BAOA member. As a BAOA member, you have the privilege of working with the instructor of your choosing while flying club aircraft as if it’s your own. You just may make a few new friends and reignite that passion for aviation you knew had never been extinguished.
